37mm projectile reloading bundle

I was kind of disappointed with some of the items in the package I bought, one of the projectile packages I bought I ordered in green so it would be a different color from the blue projectile package I ordered but it came in blue too, then on the spiral projectile package that came with a gas seal disk with a rubber O-ring, to go down the case first below the projectile, the 3 disks would not seat down on the powder charge as the diameter with the O-ring was too large, I also emailed your company asking for loading data for types of powder and charge weights to safely use, but never received a reply. On a third package of a 4 folding finned projectile with pointed cap, the projectile would only go partway inside the case as the fins folded up were still too large in diameter then the inside of the 37mm cases. Also with at least 2 of the other projectiles in the 2 packages the plastic gas seals that clip on to the groove on the pointed projectiles also would not go into the cases. Since there was no instructions with any of the 5 different sets of projectiles/cases that I ordered it was very
difficult for me to figure out how all these were correctly and safely supposed to be assembled and safely loaded with powders and charges and used correctly. It would have been much better if a printed instruction sheet was included with each type of different style of projectiles and cases and gas seal rings etc.. instead of me guessing if I had every thing I needed to make the 5 different sets to function properly.
